Actually got round to doing a meal plan this week!
Feeling a bit slow and sluggish so have been trawling Pinterest for some veg packed meal ideas.
Really looking forward to trying these dishes this week!
MONDAY – hotdogs, onions (aka bonfire night classic!)
TUESDAY – garlic, mushroom and ricotta pasta bake
WEDNESDAY – Diet Coke chicken and veg mash
THURSDAY – sweet potato, veg and lentil chilli and rice
FRIDAY – Chinese beef noodles
SATURDAY – doner kebab pittas
SUNDAY – roast dinner
